Yard Renovation Services

More Than Replacing One Material.

A yard renovation can combine several types of work into one coordinated project. The approved scope determines which services and materials are included.

Cleanup & Removal

Clear The Space First.

Remove weeds, overgrowth, unwanted vegetation, debris and approved existing materials before improvement work begins.

Ground Preparation

Build A Better Foundation.

Prepare approved areas for new materials, planting beds, sod or other landscape improvements included in the project.

Rock & Mulch

Refresh The Ground Cover.

Add decorative rock, mulch or replacement material to create cleaner, more defined landscape areas.

Sod & Lawn Areas

Bring Usable Green Space Back.

Renovate approved lawn areas with removal, preparation and fresh sod when included in the project scope.

Planting & Beds

Add Color And Structure.

Coordinate plants, shrubs, trees and prepared beds around the space, conditions and finished appearance you want.

Coordinated Finishing

Bring The Project Together.

Combine approved materials and finishing work into one coordinated renovation instead of treating every area separately.

Yard Renovation Areas

Improve One Area Or Coordinate The Whole Yard.

Renovation work can focus on one problem area or combine several connected spaces around the property.

Front Yards

Improve The First Impression.

Refresh visible areas with cleanup, new ground cover, lawn improvements, planting and other approved renovation work.

Backyards

Create A More Usable Space.

Renovate backyard areas for recreation, family use, easier maintenance or a more finished overall appearance.

Side Yards

Make Difficult Areas Work Better.

Improve narrow, neglected or hard-to-maintain areas with practical materials and a coordinated layout.

Partial Yard Renovations

Focus On The Areas That Need It.

Complete a targeted renovation without rebuilding portions of the property that are already working well.

Not sure how much of the yard needs to change?

Show us the property and explain how you want to use the space. We can review which areas should be included and which existing features can remain.

Planning The Renovation

Build The Project Around The Property.

Existing conditions, access, materials and how the finished space will be used all affect the final project plan.

01

Existing Conditions

We review existing lawn, weeds, plants, ground cover, debris, soil and other conditions in the approved project area.

02

Access & Haul-Away

Gates, slopes, hauling distance, equipment access and disposal requirements affect how the project is completed.

03

Materials & Quantities

The selected rock, mulch, sod, plants and other materials are calculated around the approved renovation areas.

04

Watering & Maintenance

New sod and plants require dependable watering and establishment care after installation.

Additional project requirements

Irrigation changes, substantial grading, drainage work, edging, soil amendments or continuing maintenance are included only when they are specifically evaluated and listed in the approved scope.

Clear Project Pricing

Know The Price And Scope Before Work Begins.

Yard renovation pricing depends on the size and condition of the area, preparation, access, selected materials, labor and haul-away requirements.

We build the quote around the actual project so you know what the reviewed scope includes before the work is scheduled.

What We Consider

01

Removal & Preparation

Existing vegetation, debris, old materials, soil conditions and preparation requirements.

02

Materials & Quantities

Material type, required depth, square footage, delivery and waste allowance.

03

Access & Installation

Project size, property access, hauling distance, slopes, obstacles, crew time and installation requirements.

One project. One clear scope.

If the scope changes or additional work is requested, we'll discuss it with you before adding it to the project.

Approved Project Scope

The Quote Defines What Is Included.

Your approved quote will identify the yard areas being completed, removal and preparation work, selected materials, installation and haul-away included in the project. Irrigation changes, substantial grading, drainage work, edging, soil amendments or other additional work are included only when specifically listed in the approved scope.

Yard Renovation Questions

Helpful Answers Before You Get Started.

How much does a yard renovation cost?

Yard renovation pricing depends on the size and condition of the area, removal and preparation requirements, access, selected materials, quantities, labor and haul-away. We review the actual project and provide one clear price before work begins.

Can you renovate only part of my yard?

Yes. A renovation can focus on one problem area or several approved areas without rebuilding portions of the property that are already working well.

Can cleanup and removal be included?

Yes. Removal of weeds, overgrowth, unwanted vegetation, debris, old ground cover and other approved materials can be included in the project scope.

Material sourcing, delivery and installation can be included in the quote. Material selections, quantities and delivery requirements are reviewed before the project is scheduled.
